IX Transitional and terminal provisions

• The proposition of the Statute, the propositions of its amendments and supplements are submitted to the Congress of ASI by the Statutary Commission formed by the Congress of ASI;
• The Statute, its amendments and supplements is made by the Congress of ASI.

In the case of the cessation performing certain function within ASI, the person formerly delegated to perform that function substitutes the person elected by the extraordinary congress, the meeting of the delegated or the existing structure.


All questions left unregulated by the present Statute are to be regulated by means of special decisions of the Congress or the Plenary Meeting of ASI.


With the date of endorsement of this Statute the Statute of the Anarcho-syndicalist Initiative endorsed at the Founding Congress on the 19. of October 2002. ceases to be valid.


This Statute comes in power on the day of its endorsement.
