I General Provisions

The Union Confederation «Anarcho-Syndicalist Initiative» (further on refer to as ASI) is a freewill interest confederation of Enterprise Unions, Profession Unions, Local and District Groups issues this statute as its primary general act, whereby the structure and the activity of the organizations are regulated.


ASI is:

• an opened, direct-democratic, public organization created for the purpose of gathering of the economically repressed and their joint activity;
• a union confederation independent in regards to the State and its institutions, the employers and their associations, the administrative structures, the Church, the political parties;
• a nonprofit organization;
• an organization resolute to put into practice all legitimate means of union struggle in the course of the realization of its objectives.
